Synopsis

After botching his final mission, counterterrorism operative Jack Quinn (Jean-Claude Van Damme) is held captive by the CIA in a top secret compound. But when notorious terrorist Stavros (Mickey Rourke) kidnaps Quinn's wife and newborn child, escape becomes priority No. 1. Quinn teams up with weapons dealer Yaz (Dennis Rodman), and together, they head to Rome to rescue Quinn's family, find Stavros and bring the crazed terrorist to justice.
