Synopsis

After a massive wave leaves the ocean liner Poseidon upside down in the middle of the sea, some scrappy salvagers find themselves in a fight for their lives in this sequel to the blockbuster disaster movie. When a tug skipper (Michael Caine), his first mate (Karl Malden) and a passenger (Sally Field) enter the sinking ship, they encounter survivors -- and a ruthless gang of smugglers searching for plutonium.
