Synopsis

An Air Force colonel (Gene Hackman) who knows his way around a golf course but has no combat experience is trapped behind enemy lines during the Vietnam War. As the sole survivor of a plane crash, his only link to the outside world is through a radio connection with Capt. Bart Clark (Danny Glover). The pair knows they're being watched and develop a code based on Hackman's favorite pastime, which ultimately saves his life. Based on a true story.
